A New Word 9/17/08

Reese's new word is "diaper". She really says diaper! It just seems like she picks the words that aren't the most common first words to say, kind of like "thank you". I didn't teach her to say thank you, I think I just say it to her all of the time and she picked it up. I try to teach her words like ball, which she also says, because they seem simpler to learn. The one syllable, basic baby words are what I started out teaching her but I guess it doesn't matter! So, maybe today we'll work on saying yogurt or oatmeal or something like that. ;)
